In many ways, I am just like you.

I am an abuse survivor, have lived through an eating disorder, and once fled a high-control/high-demand group. I am also a passionate animal lover, lifelong musician and wife. The Earth is my temple, and I believe all living things have the power to connect to our shared unity.

I respect all paths to Truth.

My masters degree from Arizona State University is in social work because I want to support populations who are oppressed, overlooked and victimized. As a licensed social worker in Wisconsin, Iowa and Arizona, I celebrate helping others discover their own truth at any age, at any stage. After all, today is the last day we will ever be this young.
